This is Rylan at 9-years-old, when he first started balloon twisting. From the beginning of his life, he has always been Mister Circus. He took to balloon twisting like it was second nature. Years later, he has only improved his balloon skills. It is like magic when you hand this guy a balloon. Also known as "B. A. Loon", Rylan loves going to events and bringing joyful smiles to children with his balloon animals and swords. Next time you see him, ask what his favorite balloon animal is.
